PRIOR Dental Front Office Experience is Essential ; Familiarity with Dentrix software preferred; but not essential ; Bi-Lingual Spanish preferrable
Job Hours and Days : Mon/Tues/Thurs 8;30 - 5;30pm; Fri 8.30 - 3:30pm
Job Duties: Confirming patient appointments; check Insurance Eligibility for PPO/Dentical ; Keep Hygiene schedules optimized; Phone management; Assisting & working alongside Office Manager for day to day practice needs
