General Manager – Nightlife Focus Location: Kiki on the River – Miami, FL

Kiki on the River is seeking an experienced General Manager with a strong background in nightlife operations and a proven track record of leadership in high-volume, high-energy venues. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage front-of-house teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the management team and staff to deliver world-class service.
• Oversee daily operations, including nightlife programming, special events, and VIP guest management.
• Maintain high standards for guest satisfaction, quality, and ambiance.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, marketing collaboration, and event execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Foster a positive, motivated, and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in high-volume nightlife, hospitality, or fine dining venues.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Experience with VIP clientele, bottle service programs, and nightlife-driven events.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, labor cost management, and P&L analysis.
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
