Job Description

Join a collaborative and supportive team as a Human Resources Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Manager and ensuring smooth HR operations. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions, including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Human Resources Manager with daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Support payroll processing and related documentation
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Help coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
  • Maintain and update employee files and records
  • Process employment verifications as needed
  • Support benefit and PTO administration tasks
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets)
  • Interest in developing a career in Human Resources
