Human Resources Assistant | Ogden, UT
Nexeo HR is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join the team of a leading food and beverage manufacturer in [City, State]. This part-time role is perfect for individuals with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building a career in human resources.

Responsibilities
• Host new hire orientations, creating a welcoming and professional onboarding experience
• Assist with recruiting efforts by conducting interviews, coordinating follow-ups, and administering assessments
• Manage pre-employment requirements including background checks and drug screen coordination
• Communicate with candidates and new hires regarding onboarding documentation and processes
• Provide backup support to the front desk reception team as needed
• Perform additional HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in an office or administrative environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations and recruiting standards is an asset
Pay
$21.00 – $24.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Part-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
