Description Robert Half is working with a respected civil litigation firm in Oakland seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Secretary to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced litigation practice and enjoy supporting attorneys through all phases of civil litigation. Key Responsibilities + Prepare, format, and proofread pleadings, motions, and correspondence + Handle e-filing in state and federal courts + Manage calendaring, including court deadlines, hearings, and depositions + Coordinate attorney schedules and case management tasks + Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and trial binders + Provide general administrative and litigation support to attorneys Requirements + 3+ years of litigation secretary experience, preferably in civil litigation + Strong knowledge of e-filing procedures in state and federal courts + Proficiency in calendaring and litigation support software + Excellent formatting, proofreading, and organizational skills + Ability to work on-site in Oakland full-time + Strong communication and multitasking abilities Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
