We are actively hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. Whether you’re a recent graduate or exploring a new career path, this role offers hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and live customer engagement through in-person events and field campaigns.

As a leader in field marketing and brand outreach , we partner with nationally recognized brands to boost visibility, attract new customers, and build lasting loyalty through impactful face-to-face marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing live marketing events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns

• Represent client brands at retail locations, trade shows, community events, and pop-up activations

• Engage customers in-person to communicate brand messaging and product information

• Set up, maintain, and break down branded displays, signage, and promotional materials

• Collect customer feedback and insights to help optimize campaigns

• Collaborate with team members to meet outreach and performance goals

• Learn and apply marketing strategies, brand positioning, and effective communication techniques

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging diverse audiences

• Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment

• Willingness to travel locally to various event and campaign sites

• Organized with strong multitasking and time management skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required

• Background in customer service, hospitality, sales, or retail is a plus
