Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys with estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters as needed • Update drafts of attorney legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions with professionalism and empathy • Maintain and organize case files to ensure accuracy and accessibility • Support attorneys during client meetings and document signings on scheduled days • Manage assigned tasks efficiently within a reduced, flexible weekly schedule Qualifications: • Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience (estate planning or trust administration preferred) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines within a reduced schedule • A professional, client-focused attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality • Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed • Availability to work on a consistent part-time schedule, with occasional flexibility during busy periods About Company: Wilson Law, PLC is a law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Legacy Preservation, Asset Protection, Elder Law, Special Needs Planning, Probate, Business Succession Planning, and Trust Administration.
