Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing The Production Manager makes things happen in the plant! Help keep our filling lines running smoothly.  The Production Supervisor is directly responsible for: Overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes on a production floor. Helps create scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as the first line of support for troubleshooting should problems arise. Assign work tasks based on production needs and employee skills. Check Operational status and availability of equipment. Coordinate staff movements, rotations, and evaluations. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Packaging Supervisor in a regulated, continuous processing environment (food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods). • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale projects. • Excellent communication and decision-making skills. • Strong management and organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure follow-up.
